Individual Classes

Individual classes give the opportunity to meet one-one for a more intimate, intensive birth preparation time. 

Themes of pregnancy, labour, birth and newborn care all covered. The hot topic 'what to expect in Germany' is intertwined into every topic. Topics are accompanied with hands-on excercises and skills to help you and your partner feel confident about the days coming ahead. 

Classes can be booked in a neutral location, or in the comfort of your own home. 

Typically, 3-4 hours of one-one classes are sufficient to meet your needs. 

Costs for Classes :

 45€/hr for clients and an additional 15€/hr for partner

(for example: 4 hour class is 240€ in total)


(An additional fee of 0,55€/km is charged for driving expenses to and from my home in Niedernhausen )

* classes are a private fee and cannot be billed to public health insurances. Some private insurances cover the costs.
